25 years of the Kazakh-German economic relations conference
Michael Wilson and Assel Kulisheva of MWP were guests of and attended an important conference dedicated to 25 years of Kazakh-German economic relations.
The conference was held on 7 October 2016 at the Ritz-Carlton, Almaty and was led by the Akimat of Almaty City and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kazakhstan.
His Excellency the German Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Rolf Mafael, the Vice-Minister of the Investment and Development Ministry of Kazakhstan, Dr Albert Rau, Mr Frank Weisig from the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy, Dr Philipp Lengsfeld an MP from the German Bundestag started the conference by welcoming the participants and thanking the Akimat of Almaty City for their continuous contribution to and development of the Kazakh-German relationship.
The conference continued with insightful presentations made by Jörg Bongartz of Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Dr Waldemar Henning of Oskar Frech GmbH & Сo.KG, by Mr Michael Harms, the General Director of the Estern committee of the German Economy, and many others.
