MWP achieves the Bankruptcy of David Ross Slater (one of Mr Emmott’s Temujin Partners) and the Sequestration of his Worldwide Assets

“MWP is pleased to announce that on 22 December 2015, at 1:30 pm, District Judge Hay, in the Croydon County Court, UK, granted MWP’s Creditors Bankruptcy Petition and, finally, put David Ross Slater, a Partner of Mr J.F. Emmott (in the Temujin Partnership wrongly formed from within MWP, and at its cost in 2005) into Bankruptcy and sequestrated all of his worldwide assets which have now vested in the Official Receiver, as a result of Mr Slater’s failure to pay the more than US$12m of unpaid judgment debts owed to MWP, as a result of the Temujin Partnership Fraud as proven by the numerous Judgements, Orders and certificates of Taxation in MWP’s favour of all of the NSW Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of the NSW Supreme Court, the High Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, of the Croydon County Court, itself and of the Queen’s Bench Division of the English High Court.

Mr Nicholl’s, the other Temujin Partner of Mr Emmott, was similarly placed into Bankruptcy by the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, and all of his worldwide assets also sequestrated on 14th February 2015.

Commenting on this important news, Mr Wilson, the Managing Director of MWP commented:

“ This is terrific news for MWP and sees Mr Slater, finally, starting to pay the price for the role and part in the Temujin Partnership Fraud, that he, alongside Messrs Emmott and Nicholls, dishonestly assisted by Thomas Sinclair, perpetrated on MWP in the period 2004-2006.

Now that both Messrs Slater and Nicholls are in Bankruptcy, alongside the liquidation of the Temujin Partnership entities, TIL and TSL, and their worldwide assets sequestrated, and given that the rights of Mr Nicholl’s as against Mr Emmott have been assigned to MWP, MWP’s focus is now on bringing Mr Emmott to justice, given the fraud, fraudulent conspiracy to injure, theft and gross-serious and dishonest breaches of fiduciary duties, and over a sustained period of time he committed. No stone will be left unturned.”
