Presentation on STABILITY OF CONTRACTS AND SECURITY OF TITLE reviewed history, presence and forecast issues of stability of contracts and security of titles (TCO, Karachaganak, Kashagan, Dunga, Big Sky, Victoria Oil & Gas etc, vs. the Azeri situation with PSA’s passed into law; the China /Hong Kong Factor: from controlling a pipeline (KCP) in 2004, to control of ≥ 1/3rd today (Petro Kazakhstan, MMG, KBM, Aktobemunaigas and now also Arystanovskoye).
