Advised as to a USD$50 mln loan to Altyn Almas relating to a new gold processing factory at Akbakai Gold Mine, Kazakhstan, aUSD$15 mln credit facility to Kazakhstan Kagazy LLP, a USD$35 mln loan provided to Frisestroy LLP in relation to the MetroCom Bank building and the sale and purchase of Frisestroy LLP, as well as a US$35 million facility to Kazakhstan Transport Leasing Company in relations to the purchase of aircraft.
