The basic provisions regulating intellectual property in Azerbaijan are stated in the Copyright Law, the Trade Mark Law, the Patent Law, and the Integral Schemes Law. Provisions on the protection of intellectual property rights are also included in some other legislative acts regulating customs relations, administrative and criminal violations.
