Steppe Cement Limited; JSC Karcement and JSC Central Asia Cement: secured financing worth US$65m from the EBRD, with  and JSC ABN Amro Bank Kazakhstan as the initial “B” lender, which was then replaced by JSC Kazkommertsbank, and eventually replaced by JSC SB HSBC Bank Kazakhstan, including the design, construction, commissioning and completion of the reconstruction of 2 dry-kiln processing lines in order to increase production by 2.3m tons per annum, as to a potential bond issue and or medium term note programme and also as to various corporate and regulatory compliance issues
