MWP achieves the Bankruptcy of Robert Colin Nicholls (one of Mr Emmott’s Temujin Partners) and the Sequestration of his Worldwide Assets

“MWP is pleased to announce that on 16 February 2015, Judge Lloyd-Jones, in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Sydney, granted MWP’s Creditors Bankruptcy Petition and placed Mr Nicholls, a Partner of Mr J.F. Emmott (in the Temujin Partnership wrongly formed from within MWP in 2005) into Bankruptcy, and sequestrated all of his worldwide assets which have now vested in Messrs J. Cronan and T. Vandevelde of Messrs SV Partners, as his Trustees in Bankruptcy, as a result of Mr Nicholl’s failure to pay the more than US$10m of judgment debts owed to MWP, as a result of the Temujin Partnership Fraud as proven by the numerous Judgments, Orders and Certificates of Taxation in MWP’s favour of all of the NSW Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of the NSW Supreme Court, the High Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the BVI High Court, the QBD of the English High Court and the Croydon County Court”.

Commenting on this important news, Mr Wilson, the Managing Director of MWP commented:

“This is great news for MWP and Mr Nicholls is finally paying for the loss and damage he (alongside Messrs Emmott and Slater), dishonestly assisted by Thomas Sinclair, caused MWP to suffer and the fraud they perpetrated on MWP in the period 2004-2006”.
