Bankruptcy of John Forster Emmott achieved on 04.08.26, 12:10pm, BST for unpaid Judgment Debts to MWP of ≥£4,849, 371: Sequestration of his Worldwide Assets & Estate
On 04.08.26, Chief Bankruptcy Judge Briggs of the English High Court declared John Forster Emmott, an Australian citizen, solicitor in New South Wales and in England & Wales to be bankrupt for his refusal and failure to pay MWP’s Petition Debts of £4,849, 371, plus costs and, accordingly, sequestrated his worldwide assets and estate, all of which have vested in the Official Receiver by law. Chief Bankruptcy Judge Briggs found that the Bankrupt Judgment Debtor had failed to prove any alleged counterclaims, cross-claims or cross-demands.
The personal bankruptcy and the sequestration of the worldwide assets and estate of John Forster Emmott unequivocally shows and proves that MWP is the very clear overall winner in the long-running fraud and deceit litigation, just as MWP has always said.
