Mr Samir Hadjiyev is no longer associated with Michael Wilson & Partners office in Baku
Michael Wilson & Partners, Ltd. (MWP) announces that it has seconded Anastassiya Marinina, who has been with MWP since early 2008, to Baku in June 2012 to take charge of client relations, as Business Development Officer, working alongside Aygun Abbasova, and the other members of our Team. MWP Director Mr Michael Wilson continues to provide direct management and oversight of the Baku office operation.
MWP has ceased to retain the services of Mr Samir Hadjiyev on 20 June 2012, so that he is no longer associated with the Firm.

Sanofi: advice this pharmaceutical company as to the implementation of their employee benefits and stock option plans for their employees in the Caucusus;
Sibley International LLC: advice as to certain employment and other issues in Azerbaijan;
Azerfon LLC: advising this Azerbaijani GSM company as to certain contentious issues; advising various investors on establishing their businesses in Azerbaijan, and on importing and exporting; and a wide variety of intellectual property matters for many of the world's leading brand owners.
