MWP achieves significant Victory in the New Zealand High Court of Justice against Mr J. F. Emmott
MWP is delighted to announce a further significant victory against Mr J. F. Emmott.
The latest victory was in the New Zealand High Court of Justice, by virtue of the judgment and orders of Smith AJ of 22 December 2016, which dismissed Mr Emmott’s application for an Order to sustain (and, therefore, confirming the Lapsing of) a Caveat he had wrongly lodged at the LINZ over MWP’s security interest over the title to Mr Sinclair’s house and land, securing MWP’s US$3m unpaid judgment debts.
Smith AJ also ordered Mr Emmott to pay MWP’s costs from 24 August 2016 to date.
