MWP acted for Holyhead Towing Company Limited in relation to its acquisition of interest in a Kazakh North Caspian Off-Shore Operator

MWP has been acting for the Holyhead Towing Company Limited in the acquisition of an interest in a Kazakh Limited Liability Partnership conducting marine operations in the Kazakh Sector of the North Caspian Sea and which sub-charters sea vessels to the subcontractors of AGIP KCO.
