MWP has acted for HSBC Holdings plc on matters arising in relation to the operation of the HSBC employee share and share option plans in Kazakhstan. Under such plans HSBC Holdings plc offers participants, nominated by a company within the group, the opportunity to acquire shares in the parent company by the grant of restricted shares, discounted shares, performance shares or options provided that the conditions attached to the award have been met.
