MWP Advises Major Mining Company as to the Aquisition in the Uranium Sector

MWP Natural Resources & Mining Group advised major mining company acting as to a potential US$1billion acquisition in the uranium sector of Kazakhstan. The advice included the due diligence and drafting of all project documents in relation to the proposed acquisition of and investment into the shares of JSC Akbastau and participatory interest in Karatau LLP. These two entities are conducting exploration and production of four uranium blocks being the biggest uranium deposit and exploration area in Kazakhstan – Budennovskoye.
