United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit issues Judgement in favour of MWP against Thomas Sinclair, Sokol, Savage and Frontier Mining Limited

“MWP is proud to announce that on 9 April 2013 it obtained and won a judgement entirely in its favour against all of Thomas Sinclair, Brian Savage, Sokol Holdings Inc and Frontier Mining Limited in the United States Court of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit which dismissed the latter’s appeals and in their entirety against the prior judgements and orders in favour of MWP against the same people in the Colorado District Court of Magistrate Judge Tafoya and Judge Krieger, copies of all of which are attached.

As a result, MWP has no liability for legal fees in relation to the USC§1782 subpoena’s with which they were forced to comply, and which required them to give disclosure they previously refused to give.

Once again, MWP has been entirely vindicated by an important appellate court”.
