Concerning Terms of Issuance of Certificate on State Registration and Certificate on Tax Registration

According to the Resolution, Legal entities which are medium to large-sized enterprises (their branches and representative offices) shall receive certificates on state registration and tax registration within eleven (11) business days from the date of application.

Those legal entities carrying out their activity on the basis of a standard charter, as set forth and approved by the Legislation of RK, including small-sized enterprises (their branches and representative offices), shall receive certificates within five (5) business days from the date of application.
