MWP advises Deutsche Bank AG on entering into an ISDA Master Agreement with a Kazakhstani counterparty

MWP has advised Deutsche Bank AG on the issues concerning potential interest rate and cross currency swaps and their treatment generally under Kazakhstani legislation of the Master Agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (“ISDA”) and the English-law Credit Support Annex published by ISDA in connection with its entering into the ISDA Master Agreement and the ISDA Credit Support Annex with a Kazakhstani counterparty.
